On April 11 and 12, the Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies (RDIAS) organized Gyanotsav 3.0, an inter-college Management Fest. The festival kicked off with an inaugural session, followed by the traditional ceremony of lamp lighting. Spanning two days, the fest encompassed nine events in the fields of marketing, finance, human resources, and general management.

The events included SpyHire, Mismatched, Block and Tackle, FinStock, FinAuction, Brand Bingo, T-Shirt Painting Competition, LAN Gaming, and Case Study Competition. Students from various colleges across Delhi-NCR eagerly participated in the fest, displaying great enthusiasm and a strong competitive spirit. A sense of delight was experienced in witnessing the students’ dedication. At the valedictory session, the winners of each event were awarded cash prizes, gifts, trophies, and certificates.
